Adidas: Run to Reconnect

Run to Reconnect works to show the benefits of running as a tool to manage stress through mindful running.  By paying attention to your breath, your thoughts, and yourself while on a run, you’re able to reset and regain the mental strength you need to face the day.

This effect is communicated through the experiences of 4 runners who express their own experiences about how running can help them manage stress. This campaign consisted of a hero film and 4 edits of each jogger's individual story all featured across social, retail and e-com activity. We also created a guided mindful run hosted by adidas Runners global mindset coaches, Ameerah Omar and Christian Straka, and featured on the adidas Running app.

The work dovetails with the launch of a new lightweight running collection called FOCUSBREATHEIN, which offers a seamless fit that helps the runner focus only on the art of ‘mindful’ running - an emphasis on meditation and clearing your thoughts while pounding the streets.
